SAN ANGELO, TX – Social distancing guidelines have impacted the way communities interact with one another and for many, that means readjusting they attend church services.
Congregations across the country are turning to technology to connect with congregations. All in-church services are currently suspended, but catholic churches in San Angelo are ensuring their congregants can participate in Holy Week remotely.
Services are currently being live-streamed on Facebook and the following services will be available:
- Holy Thursday – Mass of the Lord’s Supper @ 7:00 p.m.
- Good Friday— Celebration of the Lord’s Passion @ 7:00 p.m.
- Easter Vigil – Holy Night of Easter @ 8:30 p.m.
- Easter Sunday – Resurrection of the Lord @8:00 a.m.(Latin) / 10:00 a.m. (English) / 12:00 p.m. (Spanish)
All liturgies will be live-streamed on Facebook and then posted on the Holy Angels website:
- Holy Thursday – Service begins @ 6:00 p.m.
- Good Friday – Service begins @ 6:00 p.m.
- Easter Vigil – Service begins @8:30 p.m.
- Easter Sunday – Service begins @ 10:00 a.m.
All mass services are live-streamed on Facebook and YouTube. Regular Sunday services are streamed at 8:15 a.m. in Spanish and 11:15 a.m. in English.
- Holy Thursday – Mass begins @ 6:00 p.m.
- Good Friday – Stations of the Cross begins @5:00 p.m., followed by Adoration and Holy Communion.
- Easter Vigil – Mass begins @8:30 p.m.
- Easter Sunday – Spanish mass will begin at 8:15 a.m. and in English at 11:15 a.m.
Holy week services will be all be live-streamed on Facebook.
- Holy Thursday – Mass of the Last Supper @6:30 p.m.
- Good Friday –The Passion of the Lord @6:30 p.m.
- Easter Vigil – Services begin @8:30 p.m.
- Easter Sunday – Services begin at @12:00 p.m.
