"Cell phone calls to non-emergency lines are not working due to tower issues. Use 450-2125, 450-5580, or 656-4960 for non-emergency events."
UPDATE: February 14 @ 2:46 p.m.
"All non-emergency/cell phone calls are back in working order. Call 657-4315 if needed."
