SAN ANGELO, TX-- With Thanksgiving around the corner, H-E-B is set to begin their traditional Feast of Sharing.
The event kicked off on Wednesday with Meals for the Elderly partnering with H-E-B to deliver 750 meals to homebound seniors across San Angelo.
Volunteers started at 10 a.m. by preparing meals to be delivered to the elderly at Meals for the Elderly.
Feast of Sharing began in 1989 and promises to give 250,000 meals to those in need across Texas and Mexico.
The 22nd annual Feast of Sharing Dinner, which is held at the fairgrounds of the Foster Coliseum, is scheduled to take place this Sunday, Nov. 4, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
