Ho, Ho, Ho! Concho Christmas Celebration Tree Lighting and Parade Saturday

 

SAN ANGELO, TX -- The Community Tree Lighting Ceremony, featuring the Twin Mountain Tonesmen and the San Angelo Community Band, will take place at the corner of Concho Avenue and South Chadbourne Street downtown about 5:15 p.m. Saturday, December 2.   Immediately following, guests are invited to stay downtown to enjoy the Lights of Christmas Parade, starting at 6 p.m.

The parade begins at the Shannon Medical Center employee parking lot and will travel through the downtown area.

The 2017 annual Concho Christmas Celebration Tour of Lights will begin Saturday, Dec. 2, and will run every night through Sunday, Dec. 31.  The tour will open from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.weeknights, and from 6 p.m. to midnight Fridays and Saturdays.

A suggested donation of $5 per vehicle is greatly appreciated. Families are invited to walk, run, bike or drive the tour.
