SAN ANGELO, TX – Michael Biggerstaff, of Biggerstaff Homes and Sunbelt Construction, local building companies won the Philanthropist of the Year Award at the Texas Builders Foundation Leadership Dinner for 2017. Kristen Oliver, of the Home Builder's Association in San Angelo, said they have geared up in the last few years and that," Mike has been the one pumping life into the Texas Builder's Association."
Recently the H.B.A. with Michael Biggerstaff was able to hold a fundraising golf tournament and from it gift $20,000 toward a dear project named, Operation Finally Home. This project has a lengthy process to find a beneficiary family, but once they do, a beautiful home is built for them.
