Panda Express Chinese Kitchen Under Construction by the New H-E-B

SAN ANGELO, TX -- San Angelo is about the have its first Panda Express.

According to the City of San Angelo Building and Permits Department, the city issued a building permit for the Panda Express Chinese Kitchen at 5578 Sherwood Way, which is between the new H-E-B and Chick-Fil-A across from Walmart.

The new Panda Express is currently under construction.  The permit indicates construction cost for the new restaurant is $650,000.

The new H-E-B is set to open in two weeks on Friday October 20.
