Concho Valley Turning Point Accepting Donations for Hurricane Relief

 

SAN ANGELO, TX -- Many organizations in the Concho Valley are mobilizing to take relief items to areas of Texas affected by Hurricane Harvey.

Concho Valley turning point is filling a trailer or two and will be leaving for Rockport and Corpus Christi either Friday night or Saturday morning.  Steven Dooley with Turning Point says they are accepting the standard items for relief especially cleaning supplies, towels, water and food, cash donations and fuel.  “We are taking a grill and will be grilling burgers for volunteers and victims somewhere.”  

Items can be dropped off at Concho Valley Turning Point, 528 E. Highland Blvd.  Dooley says they will come pick up supplies as well.  Call 325-658-1389 or contact Turning Point on facebook.
