They need to include Chef Justin Siler of Lyndale! He doesn't promote himself the way other chef's around San Angelo do, but his food is the best I've ever had. He's modest, but extremely talented, having trained under french chef Guy Calluaud who has had an incredible career with his finale being at the San Angelo CC from whence he retired a few years back. Justin Siler was his sous chef from 2001-2007 before becoming the culinary director/executive chef at Lyndale (then Royal Estates), where he has served for the past 10 years. His food is absolutely amazing!!
