Final Candidate Roster for City Council and Mayor

SAN ANGELO, TEXAS – Friday marked the final day for candidates to formally declare their running for the May 6 City Council and mayoral election. The final ballot will have 11 names on it.

Friday, Zachary Ryan Taylor was the fourth and final candidate to file his candidacy for Mayor. There are a total of four available seats: the mayor’s post and the District 2, 4, and 6 seats. Winners will serve a four-year term.

Below is a list of all 11 candidates. Tom Thompson is running unopposed for the District 2 seat.
