Shop AmazonSmile on Black Friday/Cyber Monday to Help Concho Valley Rape Crisis Center

SAN ANGELO,TX - The Concho Valley Open Arms Rape Crisis Center & LGBT + Services have teamed up with the AmazonSmile campaign to help receive additional donations for those shopping online this holiday.

Karla Payne, Executive Director at the center, said these donations add no additional cost to any purchase through Amazon. She explained the proceeds will go towards helping moving the center to a larger office, and providing additional LGBT services in the Concho Valley.

The AmazonSmile campaign takes eligible purchases through Amazon and applies a 0.5 percent donation to the person's chosen charitable organization.

Go to smile.amazon.com, and look for all the same low price sections, but with the benefit of giving back to the community with every purchase.

All the same account information carries over to AmazonSmile so there is no backtracking for information.

“It’s an easy way for us to make a little extra from people who think about it and click on that link,” Payne said.

With Black Friday and Cyber Monday just around the corner help give back this holiday season.
