Local Business to Host Toy Drive for CAC & CASA

SAN ANGELO, TX – In the spirit of giving this holiday season, Custom Taylor Made Carpentry will be teaming up with the Children’s Advocacy Center and CASA to bring joy and presents to those who need it the most in the Concho Valley.

The Taylor family has had the opportunity to work first hand with CASA and know the invaluable help the organization provides to the children of San Angelo. Earlier this year, the family underwent an adoption process and decided to give back.

“While he was in the system, we got to learn a lot about it and that's why we wanted to do this toy drive for them,” said Andrew Taylor, co-owner of Custom Taylor Made Carpentry.

The Children's Advocacy Center and CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) are dedicated to helping the children of San Angelo. Having a toy drive that benefits those children will bring a small ray of happiness for kids who have undergone so much in their short lives, noted Taylor. The toy drive will be going on until December 9th; all toys can be dropped off at the Custom Taylor Made Carpentry at 918 W 14th St.

In addition to the toy drive, Custom Taylor Made Carpentry will also be donating 10 percent projected from any new contracts signed from now until December 22. The Taylor family hopes their efforts will help bring holiday cheer to the children under the care of CASA.

“We are always trying to help the community,” Taylor said.

To make this possible, the Taylor is asking for help from the community.
