ASU to Host Ram Jam on Military Appreciation Day

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – As Angelo State approaches its final home game of the season, the Alumni Association will be hosting a Ram Jam to celebrate ASU’s annual Military Appreciation Day.

The Ram Jam will be taking place from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. at the LeGrand Alumni and Visitors Center on Saturday, November 12. All the public is invited to attend, especially any military members and their families, to come out and celebrate.

Entertainment will be provided by Manny Campos and the Blue and Gold Boys. The ASU Ram Band, cheerleaders and mascots will also be in attendance as well as a GoGamez video game trailer. Free food and drinks will be available to all, as well as Iggy’s Italian Ice and patriotic tattoos.

The Ram Band will lead the crowd to the 1st Community Credit Union Field at 5:30 where the Rams will be taking on the UT-Permian Basin Falcons. Kickoff will be at 6:00 p.m. All military, active and retired, will be admitted free into the football game along with their families.

The High Sky Wing of the Commemorative Air Force will be presenting a six aircraft flyover before the game.
