SAN ANGELO, TX - For the 11th consecutive year, Shannon Home Health has been named a part of the HomeCare Elite’s Top Agency of 2016. The agency honors the Medicare-certified agencies for their dedication to excellence and to their patients.
Shannon Home Health has been a part of the San Angelo community for over 29 years, providing patients with skilled nursing care, physical therapy and social workers, among other services.
