Howard College Teams Up with Workforce Solutions

SAN ANGELO, TX - A press release from Howard College announced that the Howard College Adult Education and Literacy Program (HCELP) is teaming up with Concho Valley Workforce Solutions.

The new team will help to boost literacy and job training through joint town hall meetings. The HCELP will also offer free GED and ESL classes around the Concho Valley. Workforce Solutions offers participants support through assistance and job placement opportunities as well as paying for some training.

HCELP is going to be hosting one town hall meeting in different counties around the Concho Valley each week of September.

Howard College Adult Education and Literacy and Concho Valley Workforce Solutions invites the community to a Town Hall meeting September 9, at 5:30 p.m., at Junction National Bank, 701 Main Street.

The meeting will explain how the community can get free training and gain better job opportunities.
