Health Department to Host Back-To-School Shot Clinic

 

The San Angelo-Tom Green County Health Department will conduct a special back-to-school immunization clinic on Monday, August 15 in Suite 8 at 2030 Pulliam St.

 The Health Department will also have its regularly scheduled weekly shot clinic on Tuesday, August 16.

The immunization clinic will be from 8 a.m.-11:30 a.m. and from 1 p.m.- 4:30 p.m. both days. 

Families should bring their children’s updated shot records, even if they previously received vaccines from the Health Department. The cost is $14.85 per visit for children 18 and younger, regardless of how many shots the child receives. Medicaid is accepted with an updated Medicaid card.

Shots are also available for adults 19 and older for $22 per vaccine.

The Health Department’s operating hours are 8 a.m.-noon and 1 p.m.-5 p.m. Mondays through Fridays.
