Beginning today, the San Angelo Claybird Associates will host a clay shot that will benefit the Shannon Medical Center. San Angelo Claybird Associates is located at 12026 US Highway 67 S.
The Clay Shoot will benefit a number of departments at Shannon, including AirMed1 regional outreach, Diabetes Management Outreach and Outpatient Dialysis programs.
The shoot features three shooting rotations, the first at 4:00 p.m. today, the second at 8:30 a.m. on July 16, and the third at noon on July 16.
“After 16 very successful years, the event is still the largest charity shoot in Texas attracting more than 700 shooters and 1,500 spectators and volunteers,” said shannonhealth.com. “This event continues its success and is able to help countless patients, staff members, and area EMS personnel because of the outstanding support from individuals and businesses throughout Texas and the Concho Valley.”
Registration fees are $150 per shooter and can be paid at the event. Pre registration is now closed.
