Technical Difficulties Causes Issues for San Angelo Water Utilities Department

For those people attempting to make payments online at https://click2gov.sanangelotexas.us/Click2GovCX/index.html, which was recently updated, they may be wondering why they cannot proceed beyond the login page to pay their bill.

“Technical difficulties are preventing credit card payments of the monthly municipal services statements (more commonly known as ‘the water bill.’),” said Anthony Wilson, public information officer for the city. “We anticipate correcting the issue today.”

Wilson explained that for those people needing to pay their bills immediately, they can still do so by check or cash at the water billing office at 122 W. 1st St., adjacent to City Hall.

“We apologize for the inconvenience,” Wilson said.

Today is Tuesday and the day Republic said our garbage would be picked up. The first day the new service they were here at our house around 900AM, the second week around 1100AM, the third week about 100PM, and so forth, today it is 3:30 PM and the trash still sets in its bin. Called Republic told that it could be as late as 7:00PM and yet they want us to have our bins out by 7:00AM. Another problem is that they are still using the old trucks. The idea about getting trash picked up with the new trucks is great, but using the old ones is a poor excuse for improved service.
