City of San Angelo Water Dept. Crews Battle Water Main Break

City of San Angelo Water Dept. crews have been busy all day fixing a water main break on N. Guthrie St. in the northwest side of the city today.

According to the workers at the scene, the crews have been working on the break since early Monday morning.

Below: The map where the water main break is:

Citizens have reported to us a fire hydrant near Guthrie and Webster St. gushing water. The crew reported that the hydrant needed to run to relieve pressure from where the main leak is.

Water service may be affected along Guthrie from Abilene St. all the way north to Junius St. The water crews are hoping that not many residences will be affected, and if they are, not for long.
