1,044 Without Power. Here’s Why

A transformer blew in the northeast quadrant of San Angelo and many are without power this evening. According to the radio, the San Angelo Fire Department was dispatched to the West Texas Training Center for a fire alarm that was apparently set off by the power outage.

AEP Texas is reporting 1,044 people without power in the 76905 zip code and crews are working on restoring power.
