Winter weather has caused delays at the following locations on Feb. 23, 2015:

9 a.m. Start

First Baptist Church CDC will delay until 9 a.m.

9:30 a.m. Start

Concho Educators Federal Credit Union offices will delay opening tomorrow until 9:30 a.m.
Southwest Childrens's Academy will open at 9:30 a.m.

10 a.m. Start

Angelo State University: Classes delayed til 10 a.m..
City of San Angelo offices: open at 10 a.m.
Municipal Court Jury Trials: delayed till 10 a.m.
San Angelo early Childhood Center: open at 10 a.m.
Schleicher ISD: starts at 10 a.m.
Little Rascal's Clubhouse - 10 a.m.
Community Health Club Nursery will not open until 10 a.m. and only classes that start after 10 a.m. will be held.
Howard College and the West Texas Training Center will have a delayed start at 10 a.m.
Claudia Creative Childcare is delaying until 10 a.m.
United Way of the Concho Valley will open at 10 a.m.
The Alcohol & Drug Abuse Council for the Concho Valley Cotton Lindsey Center will open at 10 a.m.
Wall ISD 10 a.m. start
Ballinger ISD will have a 10 a.m. start

Two-Hour Delay

San Angelo ISD: running on a two-hour delay
TLCA - Two-hour delay
Angelo Catholic School (ACS) - two-hour delay
Veribest ISD is delayed two hours
Concho Resource Center will have a two-hour delay
Christoval ISD: running on a two-hour delay
Robert Lee ISD two-hour delay
Grape Creek ISD two -hour delay
Paint Rock Schools two-hour delay
Olfen ISD two-hour delay
