Employee Found Deceased Outside of DeCoty Coffee

A 51-year-old employee of DeCoty Coffee was found deceased in his white Dodge pickup this morning, when supervisors noticed he was late for work. 

The employee, Lester Gayoso, was discovered by Decoty staff in the parking lot just north of the coffee warehouse. Co-workers immediately contacted police, who responded at 8:22 a.m. 

Sergeant Vaughn, a supervisor with the San Angelo Police Department, said that the Justice of the Peace and medical personnel determined that Gayoso had died of natural causes after arriving at work. Vaughn said Gayoso had known medical conditions, but could not confirm which of those may have contributed to his death. 

Gayoso had worked at Decoty for a couple of months prior to today. Next of kin has been notified.
