Alcohol was a leading factor in Sunday arrests, when seven of 26 booked into the county jail were locked up on public intoxication charges. An additional two were charged with driving while intoxicated, as well as two for possession and one for marijuana.
One individual was charged with assault, one with credit card/debit card abuse and one with fleeing a police officer. Another individual was booked on public intoxicatin, assaulting a public servant and disorderly conduct.
Twenty-two inmates were released from the county jail on Sunday.
