A Toyota Tundra crashed into an 18-wheeler semi-trailer truck late Monday night at 10 p.m. Although no one was seriously injured, the major crash shut down a lane of the north-south thouroghfare, U.S. 277, in San Angelo for about an hour.
According to San Angelo police, the 18-wheeler was traveling north on Koenigheim and failed to stop at the stop light at Washington. The Toyota Tundra was traveling east and crashed into the semi.
A passenger of the Tundra refused ambulance service to Shannon, but indicated that she may go there on her own.
