It was probably a truck traveling down S. Bryant Blvd. through central San Angelo whose driver didn’t realize that cement was leaking from the back end of the truck. A torn bag or two?
The San Angelo Fire Dept. has been cleaning up the cement mess reported at various locations down San Angelo’s main thoroughfare.
One of the SAFD units is using the opportunity for training; a second operational unit was called in too.
The roadway messes caused slight traffic delays and lane closures at the S. Bryant intersections of Ave. L and Jackson St. on the south end of town.
As of 11 a.m. all of the reported messes were cleaned up and traffic lanes were back to normal.
