Winter Weather Slows Crime Tuesday

Crime was slow on Tuesday, with a total of nine inmated booked into the Tom Green County Jail.

Of those, two were arrested for public intoxication, there were two prisoner transports, and one man was jailed on two theft charges. In addition, two arrests were made for possession, one of which was marijuana. There was also an inmate arrested for harrassment of a public servant.

Thirteen inmates were released on Tuesday.
