Pot and Theft Rank High Monday

Crime was weighted pretty heavily toward pot and theft on Monday, marijuana possession accounting for five of 28 inmate bookings into the Tom Green County Jail and theft accounting for six total.

Additionally, there were two charges of robbery and one for fraud on Monday, as well as two DWIs and two assault-related arrests.

Twenty-two inmates were released from the jail on Monday.
