Drug Possession Charges Up on Sunday

Drug possession was popular Sunday with nine people arrested and booked into Tom Green County Jail on possession charges.

Five inmates were booked for assault, and accounted for seven incidents on the Daily Incident Report from the San Angelo Police Department.

Theft took third with three bookings, one of which was also booked for drug possession. In addition, the SAPD Daily Incident Report had eight incidents of theft and burglary.

An equal number of inmates were booked and released Sunday, with 24 going in and 24 going out.
