City Offices Closed Monday for MLK Day

 

City offices will be closed Monday, Jan. 20, in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

There will be no interruption of garbage collection or normal landfill operating hours on MLK Day.

Fort Concho’s Visitor Center in Barracks 1 will be open from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday. Self-guided tours will also be available. The fort is at 630 S. Oakes St.

Among the City operations that will be closed for the holiday are: Southside and Carl Ray Johnson recreation centers, Station 618 and Santa Fe Crossing senior centers, the San Angelo Animal Shelter, and the City of San Angelo-Tom Green County Health Department.

City offices will reopen at 8 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 21.
