New Year's Eve Sees Multiple Drunk Arrests

 

Intoxicated drivers and those drunk in public were out and about on Tuesday night, alcohol-related crimes accounting for the vast majority of arrests made on New Year's Eve.

Of 21 inmates arrested, seven were charged with a DWI and three were for public intoxication. Pot charges were also high, with four inmates arrested in possession, an additional one was in possession of a controlled substance. 

New Year's Eve also saw one theft and two assaults. There were 34 inmates released on Tuesday.
