Dr. Gibson saved my life not very long ago, when no other doctor could, and for that, I will be forever grateful. This is truly a very sad day for our community.

The local paper is running the hospital press release with a little more about Dr. Gibson here. The article doesn't mention the death was a suicide until the end when they note that is the paper's policy to report suicides in a public place.

Prayers are going out to his family and friends and SACMC. He was such a sweet man. This is so sad.
