WATCH: Long Time Rider, First Time San Angelo Champion

SAN ANGELO, TX – The finals of the barrel racing was some of the best we’ve ever seen!

The explosive start happened with Texas’ own McKenzie Morgan. The crowd pumped her to a 14 point 2 - 4 time battling for the top spot.

Next came Margo Crawford. It ain't spring break but the Fort Lauderdale cowgirl was having a good time and tied  her partner McKenzie with the same 14 Two Four time.

But the final cowgirl was the one to watch. Remember on Thursday night when Dona Kay Rule stole the show?

Tonight she did it again with a 13.96 time making her the winner of the 90th annual San Angelo Rodeo and taking home a check worth over 16 grand.

San Angelo LIVE!’s Manny Diaz once again spoke with  Dona Kay about her Championship in San Angelo.

It's barrel racing presented by Bad Boy Mowers at Henderson Tractor and Supply.
