WATCH: Top 5 Moments You Have to See Before the Final Week of the 90th Annual San Angelo Rodeo
SAN ANGELO – Another week down with one to go at the 90th annual San Angelo Rodeo. Lets check out the top five moments from week two:
Number Five - The weekend started with a scary moment in the saddle bronc riding. Lucas Masca was kicked in the jaw by the United Pro Rodeo horse Sky Fall. Luckily for this cowboy he’ll live to ride another day.
Number Four - The barrel racing in week two was nothing short of amazing. But the fastest one was Jordan Briggs. Her 14 point 2-1 time put her in the number four spot and number one overall in the average.
Number Three - Another contestant that looked as fast as lighting was the Arkansas cowboy Chance Howard. The bulldoger was able to wrangle the fastest time in the rodeo with a 3 point 3 time in steer wrestling.
Number Two - On Sunday it was all about the X-treme Bulls. Though some of the toughest cowboys in the world showed up it was Ky Hamilton, the 22-year-old Aussie who got the job done. His final ride on the back of Pete Carr’s Time Bomb scored him 90 and a half points and a championship belt buckle.
Number One - The top ride from week 2 was from this little lady, Wall’s very own Morgan Dusek. The beauty pageant queen turned mutton buster scored 90 points. She tells San Angelo LIVE’s Manny Diaz how Boots and Bling are a Cowgirl’s Thing.
