WATCH: The Most Excited Cowboy for San Angelo's New Coliseum

SAN ANGELO, TX – Big news for San Angelo’s poor little coliseum shook the arena during performance number 10.

Tickets sold out quick for the 90th annual San Angelo Rodeo and If you weren’t able to grab a ticket don’t worry Boyd Polhamus has some some great news for you.

"This is not a patch job. This is a total transformation of this coliseum," said Polhamus. "It will go from being able to seat 5,000 people to over 9,000 people all together.

One cowboy who especially excited to hear this is the 4-time NFR Champion and legendary Tie Down Roper Tuf Cooper.

After hearing the news, Cooper roped a quick 7.8. He was then fast enough to catch up with San Angelo LIVE!’s Manny Diaz to talk about the much needed change looking to come. Check out the video above.
