SAN ANGELO, TX — The annual Premium Sale, the culmination of the San Angelo Stock Show and Rodeo, has enjoyed the services of auctioneer Mike Smith. He's been auctioneering for 34 years

"Back in 1987, I decided to got to auctioneer school" Some auctions you go fast, some you go slow... But normally speed is what sells," he said. "They're going to be the leaders of tomorrow so we have to help them today." The Premium Sale raised $1,017,000 in 2021.
