SAN ANGELO, TX — "It's the sport that I love, I grew up loving it," said Mike Todd.

He's been a Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA) rodeo judge for 21 years, but before that, he rode bareback horses and bulls. Serving the rodeo world as a judge allows him to continue to be involved in the sport.

In this video, Cobb explains how bareback and saddle bronc riders are graded for their performance and how to win! We caught him at the 2021 San Angelo Rodeo.
