WATCH: 2021 Premium Sale Winners Grateful for Buyers
SAN ANGELO, TX – Buyers at the 2021 San Angelo Stock Show Premium Sale rewarded hard working exhibitors who participated in the show in February during the sale held in the Spur Arena Saturday afternoon.
The sale was for the top 222 exhibitors who showed market steers, market lambs, market barrows and market goats. 140 of those lots were sold during the Premium Sale.
According to sources, $1,017,000 was raised at the Premium Sale and all of that money went to the 222 exhibitors who made the sale.
The list of buyers was provided by the San Angelo Stock Show office and may be updated when additional information is available.
The Grand Champion Market Steer was shown by Mcky Lambert from Midland County 4-H and sold for $41,000.
Buyers for the Grand Champion Steer are: Terry Stokes, Phil Gandy/Gandy Ink, Raymond Meza/Twin Mountain Fence, James Sanderson/Armstrong Backus, Nick George/H-E-B, Chris Evatt/First Financial Bank, Mike Martin/Goode Construction, Lone Star Beef.
The Grand Champion Market Barrow was exhibited by Brynn Fort with the Burkburnett FFA and sold for $14,000.
Buyers for the Grand Champion Market Barrow are Cliff, Jimmy Barton/Barton Livestock, Bubba Davis/West Texas Steel, Lindy Jordan/First Financial Bank, Nick George/H-E-B, Phil Gandy/Gandy Ink, Kaitlin Trujillo/1st Community Federal Credit Union, James Sanderson/Armstrong Backus, Wade Polk/Central Texas Farm Credit, Dusty Hester.
The Reserve Grand Champion Market Lamb was exhibited by Becton Hogg with the Lubbock County 4-H and sold for $16,500.
