LIVE RODEO: Bri Bagwell Rocks Out the Beer Barn

SAN ANGELO, TX -- The Buffalo Social Club was packed Thursday night for the highly anticipated performance of the Bri Bagwell Band.

Bri Bagwell was born and raised in Las Cruces, NM then left to join the great state of Texas to make a career singing country music. After graduating High School, Bagwell packed up and moved to Austin. She now tours the world doing shows in the Caribbean, Australia, and throughout North America.

Throughout her travels around the world, one thing was always clear. San Angelo was a place that Bri would keep in her heart. "I love coming to San Angelo and West Texas," Bagwell said after her show. "It reminds me of my hometown in New Mexico."

Bri also loves the hospitality of the San Angeloans and don't get her started on the Mexican food. "Every time we come down here I end up eating great food," said Bri. "I don't know what it is about the Mexican food down here but I swear I gain five pounds just thinking about San Angelo."

Bagwell's roots definitely showed on Thursday night when she sang a song by one of her idols, Selena. "I grew up singing Selena and I love singing in Spanish," said Bri. "The last few years I have sung a song in Spanish at every show." This has been a recent hit at her concerts and has pushed her into making a new record that will be in Spanish. It is supposed to come out later this year.

After her performance, Bri packed up and bused to Katy where she will be playing at the Central Green Park.
