Young San Angelo Bronc Rider Places High in the Junior World Finals

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – A San Angelo cowboy placed 9th in Junior World Finals rodeo in Las Vegas last week.

According to a social media post from Jim Bass Ford, Wyatt Williams travelled to Las Vegas and competed on Dec. 2 and 4 in the Bareback competition in the Junior World Finals.

On the first day, Wyatt rode for a 50 with a re-ride option. With the re-ride, Wyatt was scored a 58. Then on Saturday he scored a 56. 

Overall Wyatt was able to take home ninth place.

Wyatt's father is Jim Bass Ford's shop foreman Ray Williams. 

"Congratulations Wyatt!" stated Jim Bass in the release.
