SAN ANGELO, TX – Around 50 cooking teams have filled up the fairgrounds to get ready for this year's Championship Cook-Off.
The cook-off begins tomorrow starting with the Jalapeño Poppers at 11 a.m. Following that food deadlines will be hourly starting with the Chicken, followed by the Pork Spare Ribs, and finishing with the Brisket.
Last year's winner were A's Trucking grand champion, Nobody's BBQ Reserve Champion, and Wet Texas Smokehouse third overall.
