The San Angelo Fairgrounds Welcome the "Giant Wheel"

SAN ANGELO, TX – Residents on the north side saw a different sight as they drove past the San Angelo Fair Grounds this morning now that the vendor for this year's San Angelo Stock Show & Rodeo Carnival  has set up the "Giant Wheel."

Over the weekend, crews with Crabtree Amusements began setting up this years carnival and of course they started with the Ferris Wheel. This self proclaimed, "Giant Wheel" towers over the northern sky line of Lake View Stadium and is expected to be one of this year's hottest attractions, organizers said.

This year the carnival will be offering season passes for $99. It will include free gate admission and unlimited rides on all the amusement rides. 

Tickets and season passes are available now at the San Angelo Stock Show and Rodeo Website. Sutliff & Stout is the main sponsor of this year's carnival.
