The San Angelo Stock Show & Rodeo Junior Clowns and Princess Contest will be held at Mr. Boots this Saturday, Jan. 23, according to a press release. Children ages 5 through 9 are eligible to participate.
Participants will be selected through random drawing, from those signed up at the event. All kids must be entered by 10:15 a.m. Any child who arrives after that will be allowed to participate in the questions and answers but will not be eligible for the drawing.
Children are still encouraged to dress the part as either rodeo princess or rodeo clown and will be asked questions by a panel. There is no judging of the questions or appearances; it is just simply fun for the children.
There is no cost to participate. Entry forms may be picked up at Mr. Boots, 2130 West Beauregard, or they are available online at www.sanangelorodeo.com.
