SAN ANGELO, TX — A third candidate announces a bid for Tom Green County Justice of the Peace Precinct 3.

Tom Green County Sheriff's Office Patrol Lieutenant Stacye Speck officially announced her candidacy on Monday evening on the steps of the Tom Green County Courthouse to run for Tom Green County Justice of the Peace Precinct 3. Speck, who's been in law enforcement for 21 years joins the field of Ron Perry and Martha Muro who are running to succeed current JP3, Fred Buck.
