President Trump Endorses Congressman August Pfluger

In response, Congressman August Pfluger, Chairman of the Republican Study Committee, who was elected by his colleagues to lead the largest caucus in Congress, thanked the President in a statement on Truth Social and X.

In the posts, Congressman Pfluger stated, “Thank you for the support, Mr. President! Grateful for your historic presidency and commitment to our nation as Commander in Chief. Proud to stand with you and continue to deliver on the promises made to the American people.”

"This year has been nothing short of historic. Congressman Pfluger is one of the most prolific lawmakers with a record number of bills passing the House this Congress. He also played a major role in securing $13 billion in border reimbursements for states like Texas, and he received the 2025 Democracy Award for Best Constituent Services and Outreach."

• Republicans promised to save entitlements — and Republicans delivered. We established work requirements to receive federal benefits, and also kicked out illegal aliens who were on these programs.
• Republicans promised to slash government spending — and Republicans delivered. We garnered over $1.5 trillion in savings and passed the first recession package in decades. 
• Republicans promised to unleash American energy dominance — and Republicans delivered. President Trump signed Congressman Pfluger's bill to repeal the natural gas tax as his second bill signed into law this term. In addition, the EV mandate is dead, red tape is being slashed, the SPR is being refilled, and we are on our way to permitting reform. 
• Republicans promised to end wokeness — and Republicans delivered. Critical Race Theory (CRT), Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs are dead in our federal institutions, and enrollment is skyrocketing for our military.

• Republicans promised to support the American agriculture industry — and Republicans delivered. We secured $10 billion for farmers and ranchers in America.
