Concho Valley Republican Women to host 'Borders to Books' Fundraiser

 

SAN ANGELO, TX -- The Concho Valley Republican Women are hosting a fundraiser on Thursday, October 3rd, 2024 that will feature a panel discussion centered on the border crisis and explicit content in school libraries.

The event will be held at Bentwood Country Club at 7 p.m. and a VIP meet and greet begins at 6 p.m. 

"Borders to Books," as the event is called, presents four guest speakers: author Todd Bensman, concerned advocate Bonnie Wallace, Border Prosecution Unit leader Tonya Ahlschwede, and Pastor Richard Vega.  

Guests will enjoy dinner with the program, and seating is limited.
