"TO THE CITIZENS OF SAN ANGELO
The responsibility of leading the San Angelo Police Department and its officers is an enormous undertaking. Mike Hernandez is the best candidate for this job. Mike has the ability, drive, and attitude to lead the San Angelo Police Department into the future. Mike’s work ethic and decision making are qualities needed to lead.
I have known Mike for many years, and he has been successful in every Division he has been a part of. Mike and I were in the Narcotics Division at the same time, and I feel that I have knowledge of his work ethic, which is beyond measure. During that time Mike was never afraid to make ethical decisions and choices.
I believe so strongly in Mike Hernandez’s potential impact as Chief of Police for the San Angelo Police Department that I am giving him my public endorsement.
With your help and vote, we can elect one of the most experienced candidates for the Chief of Police of the San Angelo Police Department.
Please vote for Mike Hernandez on May 4th or during Early Voting from April 22-April 30th.
Sincerely,"
JP McGuire
Retired SAPD Officer
Retired Justice of the Peace, Precinct 2
