Retired San Angelo Fire Chief Endorses Carter for Tom Green County Judge

SAN ANGELO – Lane Carter is one of two candidates for Tom Green County Judge in the May 24 GOP Runoff election and has now been endorsed by a long time San Angelo professional in emergency management.

Carter is a former San Angelo City Council Member and has now been endorsed by retired San Angelo Fire Chief Brian Dunn.

Dunn served as the San Angelo Fire Department's chief First Responder in emergency management situations for 21 years.

Below is Dunn's endorsement of Lane Carter for Tom Green County Judge:

During my 21 years as the Fire Chief for the City of San Angelo a few council members have stood out as proponents for public safety, Lane Carter is one of them.

As a council member he actively engaged in public safety issues and diligently worked to secure the resources that were needed to help protect the citizens.

Lane has an excellent understanding of the issues facing public safety and knows how to help resolve these issues.

I am proud to endorse Lane Carter for County Judge.
