From what I can determine, those pushing for Prop 2, the elimination of all property taxes, and disallowing a state income tax, have offered up no feasible and reliable way to finance the state. Without a doubt, I'd jump up and down if I no longer had to pay a property tax, but where's the money needed to run the state going to come from?
