San Angelo Realtor Scott Allison Has Endorsed Leland Lacy for Tom Green County Court at Law #2 Judge

SAN ANGELO – San Angelo Realtor Scott Allison has endorsed Leland Lacy for Tom Green County Court at Law #2 Judge.

"I am writing to share my wholehearted support for Leland Lacy for County Court at Law #2 for Tom Green County. 

Leland has always impressed me with his work ethic and diligence in pursuing justice for victims while also collaborating with law enforcement to ensure that criminal prosecutions are conducted fairly.  As Chief Prosecutor for the Tom Green County Domestic Violence Unit (in the Tom Green County Attorney's office) Leland has helped the most vulnerable and voiceless victims in our community obtain justice and protective orders since he accepted the role in 2015.  He has my admiration for his dedication to this difficult, demanding, essential role in our community. 

Leland is no stranger to hard work.  In his prior role as (Assistant County Attorney) Leland managed all aspects of the office's criminal case load.  In his 15 years experience of public service in Tom Green County, he's gained a reputation for fairness and integrity that our community should be proud of.  

I know Leland's grit is rooted in his experience as a rancher, but more importantly, his commitment to public service is rooted in his faith in God.  I've known Leland since he was a small child and then went on to hire him part-time in my office doing work after school before those undergrad years at Angelo State and Texas A&M, and later at Texas Tech where he earned his law degree.  I've had the honor of watching him grow up into a fine community leader, attorney and father.  The conservative values I've seen him demonstrate with his family, his church, and his approach to justice have convinced me that Leland Lacy is just the type of leader that Tom Green County needs to ensure that justice continues to be served in our community.  

Leland is one of our own and an example of the highest ideals our community holds dear with his commitment to faith, family, and fairness.  I hope you will join me in supporting him on Tuesday, for County Court at Law #2 Judge."
