WATCH: San Angelo TEA Party Hosts GOP Candidates for Court at Law Judge & County Clerk

 

SAN ANGELO – The San Angelo TEA Party hosted Republican candidates for Tom Green County Clerk and Court at Law #2 Judge Tuesday night at the San Angelo Transit station. 

County Clerk candidates are Christina Ubando who is currently the County Clerk and challenger Lupe Gomez. 

Candidates for County Court at Law #2 Judge are Andrew Graves and Leland Lacy.  

The candidates had an opportunity to make an opening statement before answering a series of questions.

Early voting for the March 1, 2022 primary begins Monday, Feb. 14. 

There are no Democrats in the primary election in Tom Green County so the winner of each of these primary elections will essentially become the new office holders.  

They will still be on the November general ballot.  The victors will be sworn into office on Jan. 1, 2023.
