Biden Projected to Win the Presidency

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Organizations tracking the Presidential election projected Saturday that Joe Biden will win the election and become the 46th President of the United States.

The projection comes after five intense days of counting in swing states.  Biden is projected to win Nevada and Pennsylvania.

In a statement, Biden said: "I am honored and humbled by the trust the American people have placed in me and in Vice President-elect Harris.  In the face of unprecedented obstacles, a record number of Americans voted. Proving once again, that democracy beats deep in the heart of America."

President Trump has not conceded the race and has filed lawsuits in multiple states challenging the count and the results.  The Presidency could ultimately be determined by the Supreme Court.
